This Privacy Policy explains how 26 Ventures S.A.P.I. de C.V., doing business as “Place” (“Place,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with its domicile in Mexico City, Mexico, collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use the Place website (place.so), mobile applications, and related services (the “Service”).
Place acts as the data controller (responsable) of your personal data under the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and applicable international privacy laws.

Information you provide:
- Account information: name, username, email address, password, and profile details (photo, bio, links).
- Content: anything you create, upload, or publish on the Service, including text, images, and interactive content.

Place is a publishing platform. Your username, profile page, and any content you publish are public by design and may be viewed, shared, and indexed by search engines. Please consider this before publishing personal information.

- Service providers: hosting, analytics, email delivery, and AI infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations;

9. Children
